Our 1:1 Foundation session is a one hour session with a Coach and will focus on a variety of movement patterns and the ten general physical skills found in CrossFit such as flexibility, balance, strength, power, endurance, and more. This session is an excellent introduction to movement, understand where your strengths and/or limitations may be and to have fun!
